Requirements
- A postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) from a recognised institution.
- A degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.
- At least 15 years’ senior executive leadership experience, with a minimum of 8 years in a CEO, Managing Director, Executive Director or equivalent C-suite role.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-business or diversified industrial organisations.
- Strong commercial, financial and strategic management capability.
- Experience in one or more of the engineering, agriculture, mining, manufacturing, automotive, industrial equipment or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven experience driving business transformation, growth and organisational turnaround.
- Excellent corporate governance and stakeholder management credentials.
