GRAPHIC DESIGNER (HEAD OFFICE x1) – (GRADE 10)

Reporting to the Systems Analyst, the successful candidate will contribute to the organization’s success by delivering high-quality visual designs that effectively communicate key messages, strengthen the brand, and engage diverse audiences. The Graphic Designer will ensure that all visual materials adhere to brand standards, support various teams with creative solutions, and maintain up-to-date, impactful design assets across digital and print platforms.

Key Outputs

• Analyze and diagnose problems to effect computer-oriented solutions and document the procedures.
• Develop creative concepts and visual designs in line with project objectives and brand guidelines.
• Produce and deliver high-quality graphics for print, digital, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate ideas into effective visuals.
• Ensure all design assets are consistent, up-to-date, and properly archived for future use.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
• Prepare artwork for print production, ensuring all specifications are met.
• Review and proof final materials, making necessary adjustments before release.
• Stay updated on design trends, software, and industry best practices to drive innovation.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and clients throughout the design process.
• Provide support and creative input for branding, marketing campaigns, and special projects as required.

Qualifying Requirements

• A Degree in Information Technology, Graphic Design, Media Studies or equivalent
• A minimum of 1 years’ experience in graphic designing
