Job Summary
Responsible for grant management of OVC sub grantees through, pre award, contracting, disbursements of funds, monthly monitoring and financial reporting, capacity building and compliance checking of the three districts where Bantwana Zimbabwe is implementing directly
Duties And Responsibilities
- Receive and conduct monthly financial reviews of project reports against the organization checklist requirements.
- Monthly funds disbursements to partners.
- Build staff capacity in Financial and Grant Management.
- Review partners’ budgets for approval overall and conduct project budget tracking.
- Conduct compliance checks on partner and the three districts Bantwana is directly implementing
Qualifications And Experience
- At least a first degree in Finance or related field. A professional accounting qualification will be an added advantage.
- At least 3 years’ experience working on large project and experience with USAID funded programs/projects necessary, particularly experience with USAID subgrants management.
- Experience with accounting software.
- Possess a high standard of personal and professional integrity.
- High level of attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- Fluent in oral and written English and excellent writing skills.
