LAW GRADUATE TRAINEE
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
Draft legal opinions
Research, interpret and advise on complex and sensitive legal matters.
Assist in the drafting and reviewing of statutory instruments, legal notices, and
any other draft legislation. • Assist in ensuring that TIMB develops, implements, and maintains a sound
corporate governance framework in line with prevailing legislation.
Ensure that TIMB’s practices comply with relevant legislation and industry best
practices.
Assist in preparing for stakeholder meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Must be 25 years old and below
Must be a recent graduate holding a Bachelor of Laws honors degree (LLBs)
OTHER REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCES
Ability to follow instructions
A highly organized, task-oriented and analytical character with impeccable
interpersonal communication skills
High level of maturity and responsibility
Trustworthy
An eye for detail
Critical and analytical skills
