Zimplats seeks to engage highly motivated and recently qualified Graduates for a two (2) year structured Graduate Learnership programme that includes professional development and practical experience.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate Learner – B.Sc. Honours Degree in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering from a recognised University
- Graduate Learner – B.Sc, Honours Degree in Mining Engineering from a recognised University
- Graduate Learner – B.Sc. Honours Degree in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering from a recognised University
- Graduate Learner – B.Sc. Honours Degree in Geology from a recognised University
- Graduate Learner – B.Com. Honours Degree in Accounting or equivalent from a recognised University
An upper second-class degree or better
- Clean class 4 driver’s licence and previous industrial attachment would be an added advantage
- Aged 26 years or below

- Quarterly progress review and final check-out assessment at twenty (24) months point
