Job Summary
Choppies Zimbabwe, one of the leading retail organizations in Zimbabwe, is seeking young and talented individuals to join its graduate trainee programme. This is a programme designed to equip graduates with skills required to meet the organization’s current and future skills requirements.
Duties And Responsibilities
The Selected graduates will be required to:
1. Undergo a twelve month on-the-job training in retail store management, Accounts, Marketing, Human Resources, Purchasing & Supply and Information Technology.
2. Be rotated within and across functions within the organization
3. Actively manage his/her personal development plan as agreed
4. Carry out duties designed to empower the graduate with relevant skills
5. Undergo periodic reviews.
Qualifications And Experience
1. Must hold a University Degree related to the department of preference from a recognised institution
2. Must demonstrate very high level of computer skills
3. Must be 27 years and below
4. A clean class 4 driver’s license will be an added advantage
5. Must be willing to work long hours and absorb pressure.
6. Must be willing to be transferred anywhere in Zimbabwe.
7. Must have excellent communication skills.
8. Must be self motivated and a fast learner.
