Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell properties under signed mandates
- Source property listings, buyers & investors
- Conduct property viewings and assist in negotiations
- Support clients with property investment options and market insights
- Assist buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process
- Close sales under supervision and follow through to completion
- Submit regular sales, activity & pipeline reports
- Apply town planning knowledge to property due diligence, feasibility assessments, and advising clients on zoning, land use, compliance, and development potential, including liaising with relevant authorities where required
Requirements
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Town Planning or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, target-driven & eager to learn
- Basic understanding of sales and property concepts (training provided)
- Ability to source clients and property leads
Salary
Monthly retainer + commission
