We have a Graduate Trainee Programme aimed at bringing in new and Fresh talent into the working environment. The leadership programme is created to discover new, energetic, talented and analytical individuals who want to embark and successful career launch and become future leaders of the bank.
What the programme offers
Our Graduate Trainee programme aims at identifying talented and gifted graduates in order to train and develop them For various leadership roles in the business. This will ensure a constant stream of high caliber individuals who will support the First Capital Bank talent management and succession plans. Candidates will be considered for the core business lines (Treasury, Retail and Commercial Banking) and central support functions (Operations, IT, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance and Human Resources).
Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following criteria to apply tor the Graduate Trainee Programme: –
- A university degree of equivalent with a minimum 2.1 overall classification
- Work experience of not more than 12.18 months
- A post graduate qualification would be an added advantage.
