Programme Structure
This is a 2-year fixed term experiential programme Involving rotational placements in various areas of the business. Each trainee will be assigned a committed Coach and Mentor to assist in the frequent progress reviews and final assessment.
We are actively searching for recently qualified graduates to join the leading brand in consumer goods retail in Zimbabwe in various functional areas.

To qualify for the graduate programme, applicants must possess the following minimum requirement::
• Completed a Bachelor’s degree qualification and passed with a 2.1 or better;
• Master’s degree or professional qualification at Diploma level an added advantage;
– A Zimbabwean citizen; and
• Aged 26 years or below.
