Key Responsibilities
- Carry out Topographic Survey.
- Carry out as-fit-line survey.
- Liaise with the Surveyor General and other Chartered Surveyors in the Title Survey Studio.
- Advise clients on procedures to be followed when carrying out title survey.
- Verify cadastral surveys.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Town Planner.
- Classify, index and file both physical and electronic records.
- Ensure proper storage, retrieval, and security of records.
- Open, use and index correct naming and coding.
- Retrieve records for staff and mark documents using file mark or batch number.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Records Clerk.
- Support the internal audit team in testing controls and recording findings across financial operations and compliance processes.
- Assist the team with professional audit reports that outline findings, issues, and practical recommendations for development of internal audit controls and processes.
- Assist the audit team to gather and analyse data relevant to audit assignments.
- Organize and maintain a complete audit administration system.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Internal Auditor.
Requirements
- At least a Higher National Diploma in Survey.
- Be a member of Council of Land Surveyors of Zimbabwe.
- Be able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
- Should be 28 years and below.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Record and Archives Management or National Diploma in Records and Archives Management.
- Computer literacy.
- Knowledge of records lifecycle and classification systems.
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and organization.
- Must be 28 years and below.
- Honours Degree in Accounting, Auditing and Risk Management or Equivalent.
- Possess strong communication skills.
- Be able to work effectively with minimum supervision.
- Be self-driven and proactive.
- Must be assertive and assert professionalism.
- Must have exposure in Public Sector accounting or auditing preferably in a multi-sector setting.
