POSITION: GRADUATE
TRAINEE MARKETING
Duties and Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
• Aggressively market our products and custom-made solutions to retailers, wholesalers, and direct customers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.
• Prepare accurate sales reports, monitor market trends, and provide feedback for strategic decision-making.
• Handle customer inquiries, manage objections, and close deals efficiently.
Qualifications and Experience
REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing or a related field
• Clean class 4 drivers licence- a must
• Experience in the packaging/manufacturing industry an added advantage
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a hunter mentality.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets.
