About the Role:
Are you a driven and ambitious accounting graduate looking to launch your career? We are seeking a recent graduate from a reputable university to join our dynamic finance team. This intensive graduate trainee program is designed to fast-track your development, providing you with hands-on experience across various aspects of our finance function. You will be mentored by senior professionals and gain the practical skills needed to succeed in a competitive business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Rotate through different departments within Finance, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Management Reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Participate in financial analysis and data interpretation to aid decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
- Assist with audit preparations and liaise with external auditors as needed.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related finance field from a reputable university.
- Strong academic record (specify if a minimum grade, e.g., Second Class Upper, is required).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is required.
