1. Position of Graduate Trainee- Human Resources and Administration
Based at the Head Office in Harare a position for a Graduate Trainee- Human Resources and Administration has arisen in an agri- business conglomerate with five subsidiaries. The position requires a detailed -oriented person with superior human resources management acumen.
2. Roles and Responsibilities
a. Implementation and Administration of Human Resources Policies
b. Recruitment and selection
c. Performance Management
d. Training and staff development
e. Records Management and Administrative Support
3. The specific attributes for the job entail:
a. Excellent Communication and Team Skills
b. High Ethical Standards
c. Proficient usage of Computer and Payroll Systems
d. Flexible and adaptable.
4. The Qualifications of this position includes any of the following:
a. Recent Human Resources Undergraduate Degree with a minimum of an Upper Second Degree Class from a reputable Institution, IPMZ Diploma being an added advantage.
b. Not more than 26 years of age.
c. Possession of a clean Class 4 driver’s license being an added advantage.
5. Remuneration Package:
