DUTIES
Assisting in teaching/tutoring, contribution to knowledge through research-oriented activities such as consultancy, advisory work, commissioned research and any other similar activities.
Assist in the development of programmes and the production of Open and Distance e-Learning (ODeL) materials.
Register for an MPhil/DPhil in the relevant field
Research, Scholarship and Creative Work in the Faculty and;
Writing, revising and reviewing modules
University Service; and
Carrying out any other duties as assigned by the Chairperson of the Department
REQUIREMENTS
POST A (NATIONAL CENTRE)
Possession of a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science (2.1) and/or Master of Science in Animal Science or related disciplines;
Knowledge of distance education would be an added advantage;
Computer Literacy a must.
POST B (MIDLANDS REGIONAL CAMPUS)
Possession of a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture (2.1) and/or Master of Science in Crop/Horticulture Science or related disciplines;
Knowledge of distance education would be an added advantage;
Computer Literacy a must.
POST C (MANICALAND REGIONAL CAMPUS)
Possession of a Bachelor of Science Irrigation (2.1) and/or Master of Science in Irrigation/Agronomy or related disciplines;
Knowledge of distance education would be an added advantage;
Computer Literacy a must.
