Job Summary
A Local NGO Is Looking For A Graduate Intern – Investment Department x 1

Duties and Responsibilities
• Receipt, documentation, and acknowledgment of facility applications and communication from clients or partners.
• Manages and supervises all credit and loans operational processes to ensure compliance with the Credit and Loans operational policy and procedures manual
• Manages and supervises all collateral and security perfection documentation and processes
• Prepares Monthly Investments Report.
• Prepares schedules and participates in project site visits meetings with applicants and beneficiaries to understand projects before and after granting of facilities.
• Compiles and documents project or site visit reports for review and consideration
• Generates and analyses Facilities Management System reports for periodic portfolio reporting.
• Manages the Facilities Management System and prepares the change Request forms for authorization and follows up and ensures rectification by the systems developer.
• Validates Facilities Management System input and output, and timely raise any exceptions for query resolution.
• Assists in the preparation of business development proposals write ups and presentations.
• Assists in the preparation and documentation of agreed business development memoranda.
• Participates in the development of departmental work plans & budgets.

Qualifications And Experience
Education and Experience
-Possess a degree in Agricultural Economics, Development Finance, Banking and Finance, Economics and Finance, Project Management or equivalent.
-At least 1 year’s experience in a similar position and environment.
-Should have a solid understanding of Agribusiness and financial services regulations and related legislation.
-Possess good report writing and presentation skills.
-Willing to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
– Clean Class 4 Driver’s Licence
