Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the following posts at Nyanga Rural District Council
Post : Graduate Intern (Grade 7) (12 Months Contract)
- Reporting to the Town Planning Technician or Engineer , The Job Holder will be responsible for the following , among other duties:
i) Maintaining stand registers
ii) Maintaining development registers
iii) Creating and Management of property files; and
iv) Preparing lease Agreements for old and new stands beneficiaries
v) Any other duties assigned by the Town Planning Technician or Engineer
2. The ideal Candidate must be mature (20-30 years) , have good communication skills and be a person of intergrity .
He/She must be able to work under pressure with little or no supervision
QUALIFICATIONS and Experience Required
- A Diploma or Degree in Rural and Urban Planning from a recognised institution
- At 5 O Level passes including English Language and Mathematics
- Knowledge of the Regional , Town and Country Planning (RTCP) Act and its regulations is a must
- Knowledge of the Local Authority business processes
