Alliance Ginneries (Pvt) Ltd is inviting suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following positions at our Norton factory:
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up and maintaining ginning machinery (preferably Bajaj system)
- Troubleshooting mechanical faults to ensure smooth operations during the ginning season
- Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
- Supporting production teams to minimize downtime and maximize output
- Ensuring adherence to safety standards
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in ginning operations
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work under pressure during peak season
