Geologist
Duties And Responsibilities
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Reserves /Resource reconciliation
Budget and manage exploration programs to develop and upgrade the resource.
Core logging, data capture for interpretation on Mine Works software.
Generate 3-D model and run geostatistics of ore bodies.
Qualifications And Experience
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
BSc. Degree in Geology or Equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience
A working knowledge of mining software systems.
Sound knowledge of rock mechanics, Ground support work and monitoring.
Sound knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental Protection practices.
Class 4 Driver’s licence.
Knowledge of the NOSA SHE System an added advantage
