Key Responsibilities

• Ensure health, safety and environmental standards are maintained.
• Monitors mining activities with the Homestake Mining claims.
• Designs and implementing systematic sampling programs to collect representative samples from sampling exercises.
• Supervises grade control processes to ensure that the mining activities comply with the cutting plan.
• Ensures that accurate underground and surface assay plans are produced for reconciliation purposes timely.
• Communicates geological information and interprets data.
• Carryout underground and surface geological and geotechnical mapping.
• Provides detailed maps for planning purposes.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mine Geology.
• Minimum 4 years experience.
