Job Description
Zimasco (Pvt) Limited, a major player in Zimbabwe’s Ferrochrome Production, has an exciting, and challenging career opportunity at its Mining Division based at Shurugwi.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified, competent and experienced
individual to fill the vacant post of Geological Assistant on contract basis,
renewable subject to performance.

Qualifications and Experience
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
At 5 ‘O’ Levels including English and Mathematics/Science.
A geology qualification a distinct advantage.
Minimum of three years working experience in the geology field.
Knowledge of the NOSA system an added advantage
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Geological Mapping.
Core Splitting and Sampling.
Draw point sampling.
Preparation of drilling sites
Logging of Drilling resultsI’m
