Duties And Responsibilities
We intend to hire a GM – sales for our modern upcountry market .The person will be reporting to the Country Head Sales & Marketing and will be responsible for but not limited to the following.
– Drive volume & visibility index in our Upcountry Modern trade & wholesale Outlets like OK, PnP , Spar, N Richards, Metro Peach, Food Lovers etc.
– Achieve high visibility & volume share in the modern trade/wholesale outlets and consolidate the position of the market leader in the segment.
– Ensure we are the preferred brand in the market
– Maintain positive relation with customers and uplift the perception/image of the brands with prompt response.
– Achieve volume targets in these key outlets.
– Result oriented leadership style
– Strong business knowledge
– Strong communication skills
– Organized & able to work independently
Qualifications And Experience
– 8- 10 years in the relevant field
– a reputed FMCG work experience .
– Degree in sales & Marketing or equivalent
– MBA
