KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the entire dealership operation, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.

• Drive sales performance, set targets, and actively support the sales team in closing deals.

• Maintain high standards in customer service, parts availability, and after-sales support.

• Provide technical guidance to staff and clients on equipment specifications and applications.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and team management across departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management (e.g. Marketing or Business)

• A technical qualification (e.g. Diesel Plant Fitting, Mechanical Engineering) is an added advantage.

• Minimum 3 years in a senior role (GM or Operations Manager) in a heavy equipment dealership or similar setting.

• Proven ability to lead sales teams, drive business development, and leverage industry networks.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction, mining, and agricultural equipment including their functions and applications.

• Solid knowledge of parts used in repair and maintenance of heavy-duty machinery.
