JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing the funeral services business unit, formulating and getting approval of the strategy
- Managing the operations, its finances and people
- Must have a mix of business management, marketing and administration competencies, an excellent appreciation of business processes
- Managing a profit and loss operation
Requirements
- Must have experience and knowledge of setting up a start up
- A Relevant business degree
- Experience managing insurance / funeral services
- At least 12 years working experience, 5 of them at senior managerial level
