General maintenance of grounds
General plumbing
Basic electrical repairs
Basic metal work
Basic carpentry

Person Specifications (Attributes and Qualifications)

Certificate in or National Diploma in any of the above skills
Basic skills in landscaping
Basic skills in carpentry
Basic skills in electricals
Basic skills in plumbing
Basic skills in metal work
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the related field.
Knowledge of Church run institutions and reporting structure
Ability to take direction and work independently
Practical knowledge in the use of basic maintenance machines
Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills
