Applications are invited from qualified and experienced candidates to fill in the position of a General Hand at Marcandice Private Limited.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Running and coordinating the day to day general duties of the organization.

• Maintaining the offices by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors cleaning doors, furniture, windows and disinfecting.

• Monitoring and keeping track of routine inspection and maintenance activities as the day progresses.

• Emptying waste bins into waste bags and carrying the waste bags to collection points and washing and rearranging bins as at when required

• Pick up and deliver messages, documents, packages and other items between offices or departments within an establishment or directly to other business concerns.

• Set up, arrange, and remove decorations, tables and chairs to prepare facilities for events such as ceremonies and meetings

• Keeping all public spaces neat and tidy. That is to mow and trim lawns and flowers using mowers, hand and power trimmers and clear debris from the ground.

• Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to the building operating system.

• Ensure all doors are locked and all the appliance have been switched off after operating hours.

• Transport clients and/ or packages to and from destination as assigned.

• Responsible for maintaining the vehicle and reporting any fault.

• Be available to cover other facilities staff due to annual leave or other leave.

• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.

• Cooperate with the rest of the staff

Qualifications And Experience

Requirements

5 Ordinary Level Subjects

Advanced Level passes will be taken as an advantage

Valid and Clean Class 2 Drivers License

Defensive Certificate

Driver`s Medical Report
