Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in developing and implementing strategies and initiatives that promote gender equality and wellness within the NPAZ.
2. Collaborate
with leadership to integrate gender
considerations into organizational policies, programs, and practices.
3. Support the design and implementation of programs aimed at increasing gender equity within the organization, including training and awareness campaigns.
4. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of gender initiatives, providing recommendations for improvements.
5. Develop and manage wellness programs that promote mental, emotional, and physical well-being for employees, including health resources and support services.
6. Foster a culture of wellness by promoting work-life bal: and encouraging healthy lifestyle choices among staff.
