Job Summary
We are looking for a strong Full Stack Developer who will be responsible for developing a new product as well as maintaining and improving an already existing functional web and mobile app. An appreciation of both frontend and backend technologies is essential for this role.
Duties And Responsibilities
– Support the entire application lifecycle and contribute towards development, testing, deployment and application support
– Develop according to standard architectural guidelines and best practices for web app and mobile development, including API integration and development if required
– Write clean and sustainable code for frontend solutions using by not limited to JavaScript using Angular, React, CSS, HTML and their accompanying frameworks and for backend solutions using but not limited to PHP (Laravel), Java/Python using Spring/Django
– Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions, troubleshoot and debug to optimise performance
– A good grasp of mobile cross platform development languages such as Flutter or React Native is an added advantage
Qualifications And Experience
– A relevant university degree or professional qualification from a reputable institution
– Proven work experience as a full stack developer with a demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the web and mobile app stores
– Proficient knowledge of frontend, backend and database technologies as well as APIs
