FUEL / PUMP ATTENDANT

KMC is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Fuel Attendant to join our dynamic team. As a Fuel Attendant, he/she will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the fuel station. He /she will be responsible for dispensing fuel, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Duties & Responsibilities
• Direct customer vehicles at the forecourt, ensuring efficient traffic flow.
Welcome and communicate professionally with customers while dispensing fuel.
• Dispense the correct fuel type into customer vehicles, following safety protocols.
• Ensure all fuel equipment, including fuel pumps, meters, and nozzles, is in good working condition.
• Reconcile fuel requisitions during the shift for remittance.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of the forecourt area and service station throughout the shift.
• Assist in monitoring fuel inventory levels and report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
• Cooperate with team members to provide efficient and effective customer service.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by superiors to support the smooth operation of the fuel station.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• At least 5 Ordinary Level subjects, including Mathematics.
• Certificate in Marketing, Accounting, Business Studies, Business Management, or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills, including email, web browsers, MS Word, and MS Excel.
• Previous experience in the fuel industry will be an added advantage.
