Bridgevest Capital (Private) Limited is seeking a Front Office Assistant (Reception & Office Support) for the Mutare Branch. The Front Office Assistant will be responsible for managing the reception area, attending to clients and visitors, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within the branch premises. The ideal candidate should be organized, courteous, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and attend to clients and visitors professionally, managing calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and office environment.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, record keeping, and correspondence handling.
  • Perform messenger duties, delivering documents, parcels, and office materials as required.
  • Ensure daily cleaning of offices, reception, kitchen, and ablution facilities.
  • Monitor and report office and cleaning supply needs.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
  • Uphold professionalism, integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • At least 5 O’ Level passes including English, Mathematics and Science.
  • A Diploma or Degree in Office Administration, Customer Service, or related field is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in reception, customer service, or office cleaning is preferred.
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office) is an added advantage.
