Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails and messages.
- Manage the reception area to ensure a clean and professional environment.
- Assist with filing, scanning, printing, photocopying and document management.
- Support preparation of quotations, invoices, delivery notes and other administrative paperwork.
- Maintain customer records and update company databases.
- Schedule meetings and appointments where necessary.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and stationery.
- Support various departments with general administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all company operations.
- Assist in tracking company licenses, permits, subscriptions and renewal dates.
Requirements
- Currently studying towards a Diploma or Degree in: Business Administration, Communications or Office Administration.
- This is a 1-year internship program.
