Key Responsibilities
- Identifies market potential and grows the business profile to ensure financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Participates in conducting research to understand customer needs.
- Arranges for business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promotes the company’s products/services to prospective and existing customers.
- Prepares all documentation in relation to the loan application and disbursement in accordance with set down guidelines.
- Files all documents for prospective or current customers.
- Facilitates disbursements in accordance with the laid down guidelines and procedures.
- Monitors the performance of clients’ accounts and provides trustworthy feedback and post-disbursement support.
- Builds long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Records customers’ complaints and compliments and makes sure the complaints has been resolved in a timely manner.
- Performs counselling of clients by balancing their emotions against business expectations to ensure relationships are maintained during periods of difficulty.
Requirements
- Minimum requirements – 5 O levels including Mathematics and English.
