VACANCY: FRANCHISE MANAGER

BHC (Pvt) Ltd is inviting applications on behalf of its client for a highly strategic and experienced Franchise Manager to lead the establishment, management, and expansion of a national pharmacy franchise network.

This role is suited for a results-driven executive with strong franchise development, pharmaceutical operations, and compliance expertise.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 7-10 years’ senior management experience

• Proven experience in:

  • Franchise development and management

  • Pharmaceutical retail, wholesale, or healthcare supply chains

  • Warehouse and distribution operations

  • Regulatory compliance within a highly regulated environment

• Demonstrated exposure to cost leadership strategies and backward integration is a strong advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and implement a structured pharmacy franchise model.

• Manage onboarding, renewals, restructures, and buy-out processes.

• Oversee centralized franchise coordination via the distribution warehouse.

• Position the warehouse as a strategic asset for franchise membership.

• Drive backward integration initiatives: decanting, packing, labeling, compounding, and manufacturing readiness.

• Oversee product selection, registration, stocking, and supplier partnerships.

• Support the development of enterprise systems for analytics and performance management.

• Build and optimize human capital across franchise locations and the warehouse.

• Develop remuneration frameworks and contracts for value addition.

• Ensure regulatory compliance with pharmaceutical and local authorities.

• Regularly review and update franchise agreements and operational manuals.

• Manage company assets, including vehicles and infrastructure.
