Food & Beverage Controller
Job description:
In charge of the food and beverage, housekeeping, private staff and logistics for the unit, meal order distribution for the guests, management and staff to the kitchen for daily meals and orders,
Stock take and control on a weekly and monthly basis, compiling of food budgets and cost of sales reports, Control and ensure the cost of sales target budget is achieved, monitor staff performance, kitchen equipment inspection, issuing stock for usage.
Candidate Specification:
Food and Beverages Tertiary Qualification, Min 2 GCSE in Advanced level, Stock control, Computer literacy, Financial acumen and analysis, Familiar GAAP, Costings of menus and preparation of unit trading reports, 3 years’ experience in similar role.
