Floor Supervisor
The incumbent win be reporting to the Branch Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
• 5’0′ Levels Induing English Language and Mathematics.
• Diploma in Accounting1 CIS Part C Diploma in Business Studies
• At least 2 years relevant experience.
Core Competencies
• Excellent cash handling and accounting skills.
• Knowledge of basic arithmetic
• High degree of honesty and sincerity.
• Accuracy at figures
• Good communication skills.
Summary of Duties
• Merchandising stock n line with company expectation.
• Supervising stock replenishment in liaison with Merchandisers.
• Engaging inactive soling of stock
• Mainlining hygiene and good housekeeping al the shop floor.
• Ensuring correct pricing and barcodng of slock.
• Controlling breakages
• Supervisng house brands
• Checking on product expiry dates daly.
