FLEET OFFICER

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in fleet management software, GPS tracking systems, & Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).

• Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair procedures, & preventive maintenance, with basic motor mechanics skills is an advantage.

• Familiarity with relevant transport regulations, safety standards, & local legal requirements is crucial for the role.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, & communication skills.

• Leadership ability & experience in supervising staff & managing service providers.

• High integrity, accountability, & strong analytical ability to monitor costs & performance indicators.

QUALIFICATIONS

A bachelor’s Degrees/ Diplomas in the following fields:

Transport and Logistics Management
Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
Business Administration or Public Administration
Supply Chain Management

Certifications:

Professional certifications in fleet management or transport/logistics are highly valued & can be an added advantage.
