– Ensuring compliance with NSSA safety standards

Minimum Requirements:

– Apprenticeship training
– National Certificate in Mechanical Engineering/Diploma (City & Guilds)
– Class 1 Journeyman Card
– At least three years’ post-apprenticeship experience, preferably in the bakery/food industry
– Computer literacy
– Membership to a professional body (advantageous)
– Clean Class 4 driver’s license (advantageous)
