An Engineering manufacturing company is looking to engage a qualified person to fill the following BULAWAYO-BASED position:

• Ensuring toolage is produced to specified dimensional and finish standards,
• Ensuring correct materials identification and proper storage
• Ensuring continuous improvement in performance standards in areas of quality, safety, health and environmental management systems.
• Ensuring that manufacturing processes are performed at the lowest possible cost.
Qualifications And Experience
• Class One Fitter and Turner
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, with knowledge of millwrighting and bolt manufacturing machines,
• Experience with tooling machines such as cylindrical and surface grinding machines, honing, hobbing and engraving/pantography machines,
• Should be able to meet set standard maintenance times and achieve set turn around times as per SOPs. Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to troubleshoot root cause of breakdowns in minimum possible time.
