Key Responsibilities

  • Recruiting, interviewing, and selecting security guards in line with company standards.
  • Coordinating the deployment and redeployment of security personnel to client sites.
  • Supervising and monitoring security guards to ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
  • Conducting regular site visits and inspections to assess guard performance, attendance, appearance, and service delivery.
  • Carrying out patrols and spot checks at client sites, including day and night inspections.
  • Investigating incidents, complaints, and disciplinary matters involving security personnel.
  • Ensuring all deployed guards are properly equipped with uniforms, PPE, and operational resources.
  • Maintaining accurate records of deployments, staff movements, attendance, incidents, and site inspections.
  • Liaising with clients and addressing operational concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Preparing operational reports and submitting them to management.
  • Assisting in training, induction, and mentoring of newly recruited guards.
  • Coordinating emergency responses and providing operational support when required.
  • Supporting business growth initiatives through excellent client service and retention.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in security operations, guard supervision, deployment management, or a related field.
  • Valid Class 3 Driver’s Licence (mandatory).
  • Class 4 Driver’s Licence will be an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deployments effectively.
  • Good report writing and administrative skills.
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
