JOB OBJECTIVE
Specialized in firefighting and rescue operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operating, checking and testing specialized firefighting and rescue equipment.
-
Firefighting training in protection and rescuing of people, animals and property from fire and other dangers/disasters.
-
Providing emergency medical care with scope of practice.
SKILLS

Good communication skills.

Ability to work in a team set up.

Adaptability and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure.

Time management skills.
REQUIREMENTS
-
Possession of clean class 2 driver’s license.

Fire Man ship certificate a must.

Ambulance technician certificate an added advantage.

At least 5 G.C.E. “O” Level subjects at grade C or better which must include English Language, Mathematics and a Science subject.

Be between the ages 25 and 35 years.
-
Have no criminal record (vetting will be undertaken).
-
Be physically and mentally fit.
-
A minimum height of 170cm.
