• Post-Graduate professional qualifications eg CA, CIMA , ACCA
• Possession of an MBA an added advantage
• At least 7yrs relevant experience in manufacturing industry at senior management level
• Highly developed interpersonal , negotiating , organisational and communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with relevant stakeholders
