Job Title: FINANCIAL AND BUSINESS MODEL EXPERT (ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT)
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts financial analysis and diagnostic assessments of SEPs
- Develops sustainable business models and financial restructuring strategies
- Designs recapitalisation and financial recovery frameworks
- Evaluates financial performance and sustainability of institutions
- Prepares financial forecasts, projections, and scenario analyses
- Supports performance reviews with data-driven financial insights
- Provides recommendations to improve efficiency, profitability, and sustainability
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial analysis, restructuring, and business model development
- Proven experience in recapitalisation strategies and financial diagnostics
- Experience analysing SEPs financial sustainability and performance reviews
- Strong analytical, modelling, and reporting skills
