Responsibilities:

Financial Control and Reporting

• Reviews and posts field office finance transactions in  Agresso Business World ensuring accurate and timely posting of transactions with particular attention to the funding source and budget lines
• Assists in the preparation of the monthly management reports and other reports as may be required.
• Guided by the FAM, ensures that the relevant Trócaire organisational financial policies and procedures are adhered to and implemented in a standardised manner.
• Keeps the FAM advised of all situations which have the potential for a negative impact on internal controls or financial management.
• Assists with donor, external and internal control audits as required, and in the implementation of recommendations internally and with partners.
• Assists with investigations into alleged fraud or irregularities.
• Ensures that all payment vouchers and supporting documents are stamped PAID.
