FINANCE OFFICER
Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee the financial management of donor-funded projects, ensuring accurate tracking and
reporting of all financial activities.
Prepare and reconcile bank statements regularly to maintain up-to-date and accurate
financial records.
Maintain organized and precise financial documentation and files for audit and reporting
purposes.
Lead budget development, management, and financial analysis to support effective resource
allocation.
Manage payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate payments to staff.
Ensure strict compliance with financial procedures and organizational policies.
Provide support for administrative tasks as needed to facilitate smooth office operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
Experience with accounting software systems.
A strong commitment to women’s empowerment is considered an asset.
