Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards
Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning
Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Manage cash flow, accounts payable and receivable, and other financial transactions

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA preferred
5 years Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and reporting – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
