Duties
⦁ Develop, report on, and interpret cost drivers, KPIs, and benchmarks
⦁ Formulating financial budgets
⦁ Management of cash flows
⦁ Provide commentary on financial results and implications and advise on corrective action tk be taken
⦁ Preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
⦁ Interact with business line managers on financial outcomes, expenses trends, etc.
⦁ Support the execution of the business plan.
⦁ Analysis of variance reports.
⦁ Review adequacy of reconciliations and accounting processes.
⦁ Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
⦁ Oversee debtor’s and creditors’ management
Qualifications and Experience
⦁ Bachelor of Accounting degree from a recognized University
⦁ A professional qualification is an added advantage
⦁ At least three years of experience in a similar post
⦁ Proficient with Microsoft Office and at least one accounting package Ability to work under pressure
⦁ Clean class 4 driver’s license
⦁ No criminal record
