About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead and manage all financial activities of our organization. This is a key leadership role responsible for financial planning, reporting, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans

Perform profit and loss analysis and reporting

Handle account reconciliation and financial compliance

Provide strategic guidance on financial performance and risk management

Ensure all financial operations align with local laws and regulations
Qualifications and Requirements

A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Proven experience in strategic financial planning and analysis

Strong knowledge of budgeting, reporting, and regulatory compliance

Construction industry experience is a strong advantage
