Applications are invited to suitably qualified individuals to occupy a Finance Manager position for a prominent FMCG company.

This is a senior position that requires a mature, professional person of high integrity.

• The Finance Manager (FM) must have the ability to manage financial resources to achieve optimum results.
• The FM should have energy to spearhead reforms in operations and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Monitor product margins and factory activities to achieve maximum profitability.
• Manage procurement.
• The FM will be overall in charge of farm, management and financial accounting.
• The FM will be reporting to the Managing Director.

Qualifications

• A Degree in Accounting /Finance or equivalent
• Recognizable professional accounting qualification e.g. CIS, CIMA, ACCA; CA will be an added advantage
• Minimum 5yrs experience at a senior accounting level in a formal organisation
• Demonstrable knowledge of key Accounting /Finance functions e.g. budgeting, preparation of financial statements and General Finance management, Strategy Formulation and Implementation
• Effective supervisory and people, management skills
• Experience working in a FMCG field will be an added advantage
