SPECIFIC DUTIES/SCOPE OF WORK

Processes payments.
Maintains an inventory of fuel coupons.
Captures receipts and payments in the relevant Cash Book in Sage X3
Maintains accurate Harare Petty Cash transactions on Imprest System: disburses petty cash, records the transactions in the Petty Cash ledger account and raises a request to replenish proven expenses.

Audits Shurugwi Floats:

a. Petty Cash,

b. Participants Bus fare,

c. Participants Medical examination, and

d. Participants refreshments.

Audits expenditure reports and receipts of the Floats and verifies expenses by matching receipts with expenditure claims and also cross-checks totals.
Files source documents and keeps an audit trail of expenditures
Scan documents as required
Helps train new Interns.
