The Consumer Protection Commission of Zimbabwe is inviting applications from suitably qualified Zimbabwean citizens to fill the post of Finance & Human Resources Manager. The successful candidate will have a critical role of Human Resources Management and Financial administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Financial and Human Resources activities.
- Financial accounting.
- Development of financial systems.
- Payroll Management
- Budgeting
- Management accounting.
- Taxation issues
- Treasury and financial planning.
- Supporting the business strategy.
- Recruitment and selection.
- Performance management.
- Learning and development.
- Succession planning.
- Compensation and benefits.
- Human Resources Information Systems.
- HR data and analytics.
- Managing the Finance and HR staff.
Applicants for the post must have:-
- A first Degree in Finance or equivalent.
- Corporate membership of a recognised Institute, e.g. ACCA, CIMA.
- At least five years post qualification experience at senior level in Finance and Human Resources Management field.
- A post graduate degree like MBA and MBL will be an added advantage.
- HR qualification shall be an added advantage.
Remuneration and Employment Conditions
- A competitive executive remuneration package will be disclosed to the successful candidate
- The successful candidate shall be on a 5-year renewable performance based contract and this is appraised on an annual basis
