Job Summary
The individual will be responsible for coordinating the activities and functions of the organisation’s Finance team and liaise with the Group Finance Manager for the production of consolidated Finance Reports.
Duties And Responsibilities
1. Timeous production of accurate financial reports.
2. Ensure timeous reconciliations for Bank, Branch Accounts, Nominal and General Ledger.
3. Management of foreign creditors.
4. Maintenance of the Fixed Asset register.
5. Recommend use of appropriate IT commodities-hardware and software.
6. Cash flow management-Efficient management of debtors and creditors.
7. Enforce and implement an effective budgeting process.
8. Perform Capital appraisals in liaison with the Group Finance Manager.
Qualifications And Experience
1. Degree in Accounting.
2. Professional Qualification from a well-recognised institution.
3. A minimum of five years’ working experience on a senior level.
4. Ability to work under pressure.
5. Good leadership and coordination skills.
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
7. Good interpersonal skills.
8. Good ethical and moral values.
9. Clean class 4 driver’s license.
